We contract with local firms to provide professional, high resolution photos, 3D tours and floorplans whenever possible for our listings. This includes photography of the unit itself, as well as the common amenities of your building or condo community when possible. The photos that you have grown accustomed to for million dollar listings are provided to you at no additional cost! In our experience, property listings that have professional photos get rented much faster.
SHARING YOUR LISTING WITH OTHER CHICAGO BROKERAGES THROUGH THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS) AND ONLINE ADVERTISING EXPOSURE

The majority of our rentals are $2,000 per month or higher and considered luxury rentals. We also manage multi-unit investment properties. All properties are considered on a case by case basis.
