CL3 Property Management is located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. CL3 specializes in property management for individually owned, luxury single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and multi-unit investment properties. The original business began in 2001 and came under new ownership in 2011. Our core motto has always been to manage each property as if it is our own. We serve many of Chicago’s best neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, Old Town, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Loop, West Loop, South Loop, Roscoe Village, North Center, Wrigleyville, Logan Square, Lincoln Square and Uptown. The majority of our rentals are $2,000 per month or higher and considered luxury rentals. All properties are considered on a case by case basis.
